These terms apply to work carried out by Boilertech NE Ltd (company no. 15946384), registered in England & Wales.
Quotes
Quotes are free and without obligation. Each quote is based on your home and the work discussed; we don't publish fixed prices because every job is different.
Deposits and payment
- No deposit is required for boiler installations.
- Full bathroom refits require a 25% deposit.
Warranty
Our workmanship is covered by a 12-month warranty. New boilers come with manufacturer warranties of between 5 and 12 years, depending on the make and model. Manufacturer warranties on boilers and appliances are registered on your behalf and are subject to the manufacturer's own terms, which usually include annual servicing.
Insurance and accreditation
We hold £5m public liability insurance. Gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers.
Working hours
Our working hours are Mon–Fri 8am–6pm. Weekend work subject to availability.
